Authors of the article conducts a survey analysis of the legislation governing the peculiarities of interrogation of juvenile suspects and accused. In addition, the article discusses the practical tasks facing the investigator at the stage of organizing and conducting the initial interrogation of a minor suspected of committing a crime, as well as problematic issues of participation in this inves-tigative action of other persons, the circle of which is determined by the legislator.
